“For we know the the whole creation has been groaning together in pains of childbirth.” Romans 8.22

Stuff is messed up in this world. It is apparent in every sphere. Sin devastates us all and that includes the world itself. The Bible teaches that the creation (the world and everything in it) itself is groaning for the day it is redeemed in the return of Jesus. We are part of that creation that groans under the weight of sin in this world. We see it and we feel it.

Remember: we live in a world that is groaning, waiting to be redeemed but that the cross guarantees that the groaning will end some day.
