Jesus was born with death in His future so you wouldn’t have to experience the second death in yours.

Born to die. That’s what Jesus was. He was born to die (and to rise). But His death had to come. His blood needed to be shed in order for you to have life. It wouldn’t work any other way. Death came in the form of a cross for Him so the second death of Hell wouldn’t come for you.

Hebrews 12:2

[2] looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.

CONFESS the things that are on your heart that keep you from God
THANK God for sending Jesus to die the death you should have died to give you the eternal life you didn’t deserve
SUPPLICATE (Beg) God to help you see his grace to you in this sacrifice
