2020 was a real punch in the gut, but by God's grace we made it. In 2021, we went from surviving to thriving. As this year winds to a close, I wanted to shoot you a quick email to remind you of a few cool things that happened at our church this year. These are directly related to the investments which our people have made in the mission; so, you’ve got a big part in this.
We served our community impact partners through Carleston Elementary, Brazoria County Aliance for Children, Free the Captives, providing a free family movie night, and many more.
We relaunched Life Groups! I'm excited to see this part of our discipleship program grow even more in 2022.
We held our first Children's Day Camp since 2019 this Summer! After this year’s day camp, we received several phone calls, texts and emails from people thanking us for such a wonderful ministry for kids and asking when we'd be moving into our building.
Oh yeah and one more... CityView broke ground on our building at 6301 Broadway! We are hoping and praying to have our long term home in the SPRING of 2022!
We are so excited about what this new development will mean for our church. If you'd like to help us towards this HUGE Next Step, you can make a pledge for the Next Step Campaign here.
Thank you for being a part of what God is doing through our church. Your giving to our ministry this year has made all the difference! As we come into these last few days of the year, I’m wondering if you’d be willing to make a year end gift to the mission of our church? We rely on faithful giving from people like you, and your gift today would help us start next year off strong. It would be our honor if you could give a gift as we close out 2021 and ring in the New Year!
